Payment Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Money In Payment Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process premium and loan remittance payments accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Analyze payments for IGO and take necessary actions for NIGO processing
• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries from internal and external contacts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
• 0 to 2 years of customer service or financial service industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and relevant systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
