Job Summary
Owning the back office and driving operational efficiency, the full-time Payment Product Manager will manage system behavior, optimize core operational screens, and lead discovery against internal systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define system behaviors and optimize operational screens for daily use by internal teams
- Lead timeboxed discovery sessions across multiple internal systems to identify and resolve risks
- Maintain alignment and communication with regional teams regarding changes and operational processes
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, including 2 years in payments or fintech
- Ability to read API contracts and track transactions across multiple systems
- Proven experience in writing clear requirements with explicit outcomes and acceptance criteria
- Data-driven decision-making skills, comfortable analyzing transaction metrics
- Intermediate level of English for documentation and cross-team communication
