Payment Reconciliation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payment Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define reconciliation requirements for new payment flows and system enhancements
• Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing payment transactions data to ensure proper recording of funds
• Research exception items and drive them to resolution in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and reconciliation best practices
• Experience with high-volume transaction matching in a financial services or payments environment
• Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as Blackline Matching and SQL
• Proficiency in Excel and Alteryx
