• Manage daily operations for account receivable bank lockbox and bank deposit reconciliation processes
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, and staff development within the department
• Resolve electronic remittance discrepancies by collaborating with IT and payers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three years of experience in a healthcare system with supervisory hospital experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment
• Seven years of supervisory experience may substitute for degree requirement
