Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payment Operations Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collection and loss recovery operations, ensuring compliance and minimizing financial loss
• Manage and develop onshore and offshore teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Act as a liaison between operations and internal departments, translating technical updates into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in collections or recovery management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ACH returns, NACHA rules, and collections compliance requirements
• Experience managing offshore teams or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Proven ability to improve recovery rates and optimize operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for process improvements
