Payment Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Recovery Correspondent.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of claims processed to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
• Pursue and manage recovery of overpayments and apply recoveries
• Collaborate with Claims and Finance departments for proper accounting and processing of claims

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year experience in Claims or Customer Service required
• Knowledge of multiple lines of business/product types preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in working accurately with mathematics
