Payment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Representative to perform payment application functions within the Reimbursement and Cash Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and electronic posting functions for various payors and reconcile bank deposits
• Maintain daily cash log and post payment corrections and transfers according to established guidelines
• Research and clear Unapplied Accounts and reconcile bank and special accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related experience, with payment posting preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Tenet systems is a plus
• Experience with data entry and 10-key by touch
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
