Job Summary

Ensuring accurate and timely management of account approvals and payment processing, the full-time Payment Resolution Specialist will verify patient eligibility, update insurance information, and coordinate authorizations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and billing information across various systems
• Review and update patient demographics and insurance details in Client systems
• Track account progression and monitor payments for accurate invoicing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience managing priorities and multiple systems
• Proficient in Medicare, Managed Care, and Commercial Insurances
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
