Payment Services Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Services Supervisor to oversee the payment services team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily processing of payments and postings to customer accounts
• Provide leadership and support to Cash Application Reps in resolving aged unapplied cash
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient workflow

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Successful passing of pre-employment drug screen and background check
