Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Solutions Specialist responsible for managing student account payment plans and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with students about tuition balances and assists with payment plans
• Troubleshoots payment or account issues and collaborates with stakeholders to complete daily processes
• Ensures compliance with regulations and provides support to enhance student retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 1 year of experience in accounting, customer service, collections, or general office roles
• Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements
• Strong working knowledge of general accounting and federal financial aid regulations
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
