Payment Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To support the successful launch and adoption of VendorPay, the full-time remote Payment Solutions & Enablement Specialist will manage customer implementations, drive early payment adoption, and serve as a payments expert throughout the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities:

• Support new VendorPay customers from implementation through early adoption, focusing on accelerating time to first payment
• Partner with Implementation and Onboarding teams to establish a clear path to first payment and ensure customer progression toward launch
• Lead customer education sessions on VendorPay capabilities and troubleshoot complex payment scenarios

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or customer enablement
• Strong knowledge of electronic payment methods, particularly ACH and Virtual Card payments
• Experience in supporting customer implementations within a SaaS or payments environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive customers toward measurable milestones and business outcomes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify adoption gaps using customer and transaction data
