Payment Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Collections Department, the remote Payment Solutions Specialist will manage accounts receivable collections for existing customers, engage with delinquent accounts, and provide timely reporting of performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review A/R aging reports daily to identify and follow up on delinquent invoices
• Communicate with customers to resolve delinquency issues while documenting all collection efforts
• Track collections metrics and support cross-functional projects and teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience required
• At least two years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work on complex issues
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
