Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Specialist III to oversee payment posting and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting functions and audit posting accuracy of electronic files
• Manage advanced clearing accounts and facilitate fund transfers across entities
• Perform emergency downtime posting procedures and maintain workflow coordination

Qualifications

• High school graduate; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• Minimum of six years of experience in an accounts receivable environment, preferably in healthcare
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing and receivables processes
• Experience with change control processes and cash accounting
• Familiarity with imaging and scanning procedures and documentation
