Job Summary

To support seamless payment processing, the full-time Senior Payment Support Manager will own end-to-end technical configurations for merchant payment integrations, ensuring compliance and reliability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Intake and prioritize configuration change requests, translating business constraints into executable payment configurations
  • Plan and execute validation processes, coordinating production launches and providing L3 support for configuration-related issues
  • Analyze logs and transactions to ensure configuration stability, maintaining documentation and acting as a subject-matter expert for Payment Gateway configurations
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in payment integrations configurations or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of JSON and XML, with hands-on experience in REST clients and API contract validation
  • Working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL for data validation and diagnostics
  • Experience with webhooks/callbacks verification and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of payment flows, including authorization, capture, settlement, refund, and void
