Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Variance Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and analyzes payment variances, collaborating with third-party payers to resolve issues
• Recovers underpayments and works with hospital departments on payment integrity issues
• Conducts research and analysis related to billing and reimbursement, maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree with five years of provider billing and revenue cycle experience, or a high school diploma with seven years of experience
• Basic-level Excel skills
• One year of Epic experience preferred
