Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Payment Variance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform payment variance analysis to identify trends in underpaid claims
• Manage team productivity and develop team members through mentoring and career coaching
• Analyze and resolve issues causing payer payment delays, including billing and coding errors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Working knowledge of the insurance follow-up process and healthcare reimbursement methodologies
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under stressful situations
