Job Summary

Managing real-time work distribution in a fully remote environment, the full-time Supervisor, Payment Variance will oversee a team of 8-15 individuals, ensuring efficient workflow execution, monitoring performance, and driving productivity in a high-volume setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real-time work distribution to balance workloads and ensure continuous progress
• Monitor account movement across workflow stages and intervene to prevent delays
• Lead, coach, and support team members while tracking productivity and quality metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Knowledge of denial management processes and payer requirements
• 3-5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with Zero Balance review experience preferred
• 1-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
