Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Payment Workflow Specialist will review trip records for accuracy, correct posting errors, and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure payments are processed correctly.

Key responsibilities:
  • Verify payments against contractual agreements and patient responsibilities for trips
  • Investigate account discrepancies and resolve missing payments while documenting changes
  • Respond to posting-related inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal team members
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and basic accounting principles preferred
  • Proficiency with Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong experience with payment posting and deposit reconciliation
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM and perform 10-key data entry (minimum 10,000 keystrokes per hour)
