Job Summary
As a payments expert, the full-time remote Payments Account Executive will lead commercial relationships with large accounting firms, managing the full sales cycle to drive adoption of the Melio payments hub and digital automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sustainable adoption and revenue growth of the Melio payments hub across an allocated territory
- Analyze manual payment workflows to build compelling business cases for digital automation
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns and maintain a predictable sales pipeline using Salesforce and modern sales tools
Required qualifications
- Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including payment rails and digital automation
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, particularly in accounts payable and receivable environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a partner or channel sales model
- Ability to consult with high-level stakeholders, including CFOs and practice leaders
- Familiarity with complex sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
