Payments Account Executive

Job Summary

As a payments expert, the full-time remote Payments Account Executive will manage commercial relationships with large accounting and bookkeeping firms, driving revenue growth and digital automation of payment workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth of the Melio payments hub across an allocated territory
• Analyzing manual payment workflows to build compelling business cases for digital automation and integrated accounting
• Executing targeted outbound campaigns and collaborating with the enterprise sales team to maintain a predictable pipeline

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including payment rails and digital automation
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, particularly within accounts payable and receivable environments
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a partner or channel sales model
• Ability to consult with high-level stakeholders, including CFOs and practice leaders
• Familiarity with complex sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger
