Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Analyst in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth payment data analysis to identify financial patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
Contribute to the development and implementation of payment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Assess and manage risks associated with payment processes, including fraud prevention and compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or advanced degrees in business, finance, economics, or related fields
2-4 years of experience in highly analytical consumer or marketplace businesses
Strong SQL skills for efficient extraction of data from complex datasets
Experience with Python, R, and/or advanced statistics
Nice to have: acquirer, processor, payment gateway, or high-risk merchant experience
