Job Summary

Supporting a growing user base, the full-time Payments and Fraud Associate will manage customer inquiries, resolve payment issues, and conduct account investigations while working remotely on the West Coast during Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve user issues and inquiries professionally and promptly through email and chat
  • Monitor for critical site issues and escalate as needed to ensure quick resolutions
  • Review and approve player deposits and withdrawals while conducting basic account investigations
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role or 1+ year in payments or fraud-related experience
  • Knowledge of online gaming fraud and payment systems is highly preferred
  • Experience with payment providers such as PayPal and card processing
  • Familiarity with customer support tools like Intercom
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
