Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry and quality assurance
Process JIRA tickets within stated SLAs and develop reports on payment-related issues
Support the onboarding team with change management strategies and ensure compliance with established processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in payment processing, change control, or merchant onboarding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce is preferred
Strong investigative and analytical skills
