Payments Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with security holders to collect documentation for user/account validation
• Evaluate exception materials to resolve fraud concerns and validation flags
• Prepare and send bank reconciliation reports and manage transaction processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2-5 years of related experience in operations or financial services
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation discrepancies and resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of ACH, SWIFT, FX payments, and anti-money laundering protocols
