Payments Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with security holders to resolve user/account validation flags
• Evaluate exception materials and prepare reports for bank partners
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliation reports and process transfers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 2-5 years of related experience in operations or financial services
• Knowledge of handling discrepancies in bank reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions
• Understanding of ACH, SWIFT, FX payments, and anti-money laundering protocols
