Job Summary
As a critical player in ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial transactions, the full-time Payments Compliance Analyst will evaluate fraud concerns, manage user/account validation, and prepare reconciliation reports while working remotely within the Continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with security holders to resolve validation flags and fraud concerns via email and phone
- Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports, identifying remedies for exception items
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries regarding transaction processing and payment delays
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 2-5 years of related business experience in financial services operations
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and handling discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple transactions
