Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on compliance with card network rules and regulatory standards for new products and payment processes
• Review and assess new payment products and partnerships for compliance implications and escalate key considerations
• Monitor compliance risks, document findings, and support compliance training and educational programs for employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or legal within the payments industry
• Strong understanding of card network rules and banking regulations
• Professional compliance certifications such as PCIP or CAMS
• Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
