Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Counsel - Interim Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for day-to-day product payments initiatives, compliance, licensing, and agreements with financial partners
• Assist in navigating regulatory and compliance issues for global product launches
• Collaborate with financial institutions, including global banking partners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with an in-house legal team focused on payments
• Experience with regulatory payments and banking/fintech is preferred
• Familiarity with financial institution partnerships is essential
• Ability to work full-time in a remote setting for a 3-month contract
• Strong understanding of compliance and licensing issues related to payments
