Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Specialist, Payments Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external Commercial Payments customers, providing support for inquiries related to Treasury Management services
- Coordinate with Implementation Specialists for customer product implementations and training
- Manage and process all customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial payments and/or banking, preferably in a business/commercial setting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage projects from inception to implementation
- Experience with PC-based hardware and software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Unrestricted work authorization without future sponsorship requirements
