Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Specialist, Payments Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external Commercial Payments customers, providing support for inquiries related to Treasury Management services
  • Coordinate with Implementation Specialists for customer product implementations and training
  • Manage and process all customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial payments and/or banking, preferably in a business/commercial setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to implementation
  • Experience with PC-based hardware and software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Unrestricted work authorization without future sponsorship requirements
