Payments Director

Job Summary

Managing the sales and operations of an integrated payments platform, the full-time Director of Payments will oversee performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for payment processing partners in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and operations of the integrated payments platform (Bill & Collect)
• Directly oversee the payments sales pipeline, including coaching and performance accountability
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive product performance and ensure customer adoption

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, or business development
• Demonstrated success in growing revenue or product adoption within an existing customer base
• Experience leading sales professionals and managing external partners
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data to create board-ready materials
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
