Payments Enablement Consultant

Job Summary

Bringing deep expertise in digital payments, the remote Payments Enablement Consultant will manage the onboarding process, educate clients on software utilization, and provide ongoing support to enhance the adoption of automated payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients for adopting and growing digital payments
• Actively manage the digital payments implementation process to ensure smooth transitions and accelerate first transactions
• Engage with customers post-implementation to monitor transaction penetration and optimize the payments process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payments workflows and implementation
• Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Subject area knowledge in property management and accounting software is a plus
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
