Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading teams of 5 or more
• Hands-on technical background in complex domains, particularly in payments or fintech
• Strong understanding of operational metrics related to uptime, latency, and incident response
• Experience with integration-heavy platforms and managing accountability within teams
• Fluency in AI tooling and its application in engineering processes
