Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Implementation Specialist to assist with customer migrations and new sales migrations, coordinate project activities, and serve as a technical resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones and final objectives
- Oversee data transformation processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Self-driven with good time management skills
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment (nice to have)
