Payments Insights Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Payments Insights Analytics Lead, this remote position will manage data-driven decision-making across the Payments Platform, focusing on generating insights, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance payment strategies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate payment reports and analyze data for insights and performance evaluation
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to assess the impact of payment strategies and process improvements
• Collaborate with teams to optimize the end-to-end payments journey and enhance the payment experience for Hosts and Guests

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics with a degree in a quantitative field (Masters or PhD preferred)
• Experience in payments organizations and exposure to payment risk domains such as fraud prevention and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R)
• Familiarity with non-experimental causal inference methods and machine learning techniques
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders
