Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Licensing Specialist to assist with global payments and lending licensing and examination programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the global license acquisition process, ensuring complete and accurate applications
• Manage payments and lending licenses across various international regulators and support regulatory examinations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and ensure compliance with global laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory, or paralegal roles, preferably in financial or tech sectors
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovative solutions in Legal & Compliance
• Demonstrated solution-oriented business and compliance judgment
• Familiarity with international licensing regimes and regulatory frameworks is a plus
• Familiarity with the NMLS system is a plus
