A company is looking for a Director Payments Management GPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process management and define execution roadmaps for process excellence
• Lead process redesign initiatives and deliver prioritized opportunity lists for optimization and customer experience
• Drive stakeholder engagement and monitor performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• In-depth functional knowledge in service delivery and process delivery models
• Experience in managing programs to closure on time and under budget
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 15+ years of related experience
• Black Belt certification is preferred
