Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Monitor real-time payment traffic and handle emergency alerts
Reroute traffic accurately based on instructions and payment provider status
Document changes and escalate issues related to processing traffic

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in a similar position or in Fintech/PSP, or a strong desire to learn
Intermediate level of English
Proficiency in advanced Excel and other MS Office software
Understanding of online payments technical integrations and systems
Experience with Grafana and Tableau is a plus
