Payments Monitoring Specialist, this full-time position involves monitoring real-time payment traffic, rerouting transactions, and escalating issues while ensuring quality control across payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time payment traffic and handle emergency alerts
• Reroute payment traffic accurately according to instructions
• Document changes and escalate anomalies in processing traffic

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position or in Fintech/PSP, or a strong desire to learn
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Advanced user of Excel and other MS Office software
• Understanding of online payment technical integrations and systems
• Experience with Grafana and Tableau is a plus
