Payments Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Payments Analyst to support the strategy and optimization of global merchant acquiring infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Merchant ID (MID) structure and collaborate on optimizing payment performance
• Generate and analyze reports on payment processing costs and operational trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day payment issues and maintain standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in operations, payments, or financial services
• Strong analytical skills with experience in large transactional datasets
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
