Payments Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of ClubWPT Gold's payments stack, the full-time remote Payments Operations Analyst will manage reconciliation, data analysis, and PSP escalations while ensuring accurate monitoring of processing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor approval rates, decline reasons, and processing anomalies across active PSPs using operational dashboards
• Serve as the point of contact for PSP support channels on operational issues, drafting clear communications and following escalations to closure
• Run and modify SQL queries for data validation and support PSP reconciliations by comparing reports and maintaining Google Sheets dashboards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in payments operations, PSP reconciliation, or fintech data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write, read, and debug queries independently; Databricks experience preferred
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Direct experience with PSPs, including settlements, chargebacks, and reconciliation processes
• Fluent in English for effective communication with PSPs and internal teams
