Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payments & Risk Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of payments operations including onboarding, pricing, and monitoring
• Reimagine the payments operations stack as an AI-native system and build agent-based workflows
• Manage internal and external partner relationships ensuring compliance with regulations and card network rules

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, with 7+ years in payments, fintech, and/or risk
• Experience in building AI-native decisioning systems and workflows
• Deep expertise in payments, acquiring, and risk underwriting
• Proven track record of managing portfolio-level performance
• Senior-level experience with external partners and cross-functional collaboration
