Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Operational Manager responsible for the operational health and efficiency of integrated payments offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payment operations, including transaction monitoring and issue escalation
• Oversee merchant onboarding workflows and ensure timely, accurate payouts to dealers
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and monitor operational health metrics
