Payments Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team dedicated to operational excellence within the Payment Services Group
• Manage multiple teams and ensure quality of work meets SLAs
• Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports to develop their skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable
• 8+ years of experience as a people manager in financial operations
• Experience in the financial services industry, specifically with prepaid and credit card operations
• Knowledge of Mastercard/Visa regulations and federal regulations such as Reg E
• Familiarity with the payments industry and its regulatory environment
