Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Pricing & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts for payments pricing analyses and project management
• Negotiate with prospects and customers in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and drive strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 6+ years of experience in the Payments industry
• Experience directly managing a team, including performance reviews and professional development
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities
• Metric-driven and operationally minded
• Experience in Relationship Management, Pricing, or Analytics is preferred
