Job Summary
Leading the operational success of Practice Pay, the full-time hybrid Payments Operations Manager will manage onboarding and activation strategies, ensuring merchants adopt payment solutions efficiently and compliantly while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operational performance of Practice Pay onboarding and activation across multiple brands, ensuring quick and compliant merchant activation
- Identify and resolve friction points in the activation process to improve merchant activation rates and time-to-revenue
- Lead and develop a team of Payments Specialists, establishing performance expectations and operational KPIs
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in payments, merchant services, fintech, or customer-facing operational leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams, including performance management and talent development
- Proven success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives with a focus on customer experience and operational execution
- Hands-on experience with payment onboarding platforms, reporting tools, and operational dashboards
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities effectively
