Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join their Digital Payments team in a remote or hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the KYC process and client onboarding efforts, ensuring accurate risk tier assignments
• Monitor transactions for potential fraud, investigate flagged transactions, and take appropriate actions
• Maintain and update fraud detection rules, track performance metrics, and address transaction-related support requests

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in payment operations, fraud prevention, or financial services
• Strong interest in the payments industry or financial services
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
