Job Summary
To ensure the uninterrupted and secure flow of transactional operations, the full-time Payments Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end resolution of payment anomalies, mitigate fraud risks, and optimize partner communications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the investigation and resolution of multi-step payment anomalies and transaction-related issues
- Execute daily anti-fraud workflows and enforce compliance with payment regulatory standards
- Partner with internal teams and external payment service providers to unblock processing pipelines and communicate technical issues
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Payments Operations, or a fast-paced operational environment, with iGaming experience preferred
- Solid understanding of the online payments ecosystem and processing flows
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana) and incident management (Jira)
- Technical proficiency in analyzing PSP back-offices and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Professional English proficiency and proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian languages
