Payments Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Processing Specialist to provide operational support for various payment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide member service and staff support regarding payment-related inquiries
• Maintain and set up debit cards, process ACH and Share Draft files, and manage daily logs and reports
• Monitor and process fraud claims in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• At least one year of related experience
• Placement within the position tiers is based on prior experience
