Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Product Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to online payment platform, ensuring compliance and effective implementation of new products
- Draft and review contracts and documentation for clarity, compliance, and protection
- Offer expert legal guidance on UDAAP regulations and review regulatory changes
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech or payment services
- Deep understanding of UDAAP and its impact on fintech products
- Experience as Product Counsel or in a similar role collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent transactional skills and ability to review and negotiate contracts
- Ability to work across a diverse range of business leaders
