Payments Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead, Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product management for payments rails, including API design and transaction lifecycle management
• Write technical specifications and product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product alignment and regulatory adherence

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments product development
• Hands-on experience with ACH, RTP/FedNow, or card networks
• Deep understanding of the transaction lifecycle and associated operational mechanics
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as Reg E and NACHA rules
• Strong instincts for developing APIs and enhancing developer experience
